The description for the forum Kidou Registration says Kidou Corps only. Does that mean that only the Kidou Corps can perform Kidou? Or just that they're the only ones who can make custom Kidou?

If everyone can use Kidou, would normal Shinigami follow the rules for ranking vs. level of usable Kidou? Or do they have a separate list?

I think only Kidou Corps can make custom Kidou. I am sure everyone under the 15th to the Academy Students can only use up to level 30

only kido corps can make kido, however when they do it becomes avlable to everyone, and everyone follows the shinigami rank vs the kido rank of what kido you can use/cast/make

If someone makes a Kidou, do you need their permission to learn it or is it just suddenly something anyone can learn?

I think it would be odd to just be able to learn it, because if the person made it they're obviously the only one who knows how to perform it.

they an lern it if they want, unlike other fourms (bo) your Kido is not your own, the Kido corpse are not part of the Gotie 13, they make kido to aid shinigami.

so basecly when a new kido is approved its info is make avlable to all of the gotie 13.

Is they're still the option for a captain to make personal kidou which must be taught to someone else before it can be used?

Ok not the real Okami, you may know me as Shiro, Kido is Kido corps only, its up to Kido corps to make the Kido other captain have other jobs to do and some may not even have the knolage to make it.

so Kido is corps only, not even captains out side the division can make them
