Name: Raikou Joutei (Lightning God)
Manifestation:
Zanpaktuo’s personality: Raikou Joutei is calm and happy. He has a good sense of humor and loves to fight. He dislikes it when Thomas gets hurt though. Raikou Joutei would sometimes butt into a fight and help Thomas even if he didn't need it. Raikou Joutei likes to spar with Thomas in his inner world. You could guess that by what Raikou JOutei looks like. Armor and a sword... yeah.... but Raikou Joutei always has good spirits and cheers Thomas on when they fight together. He also hates sorrow and evil, which clouds the inner world and clouds himself. Which is why he plans on making sure Thomas has good spirits... always!!!
Inner World: The inner world is a grassy field with a stream going by. Next to the field is a platform where fighting takes part. Around this place are lots of trees and even farther there are mountains in the background. When Thomas is sad, It starts to rain. When Thomas is happy, there is a sun shining in the inner world. When he is confused, it is cloudy.

Sealed zanpakuto: 2 yellow hilted katanas
Shikai Form: The sword you see in the manifestation but there are 2 of them. Both hilts are connected by a retracting chain. This chain can extend to 100 meters.
Shikai Ability: Out of each sword, he can burst out a lightning wave. If the lightning hits you (doesn't work if it only hits the persons zanpacktou) whatever was hit gets paralyzed. Yet the opponent is only paralyzed for the next turn. So if an arm get hit, than that arm is paralyzed for the opponent's next post. (it's like the shape of Ichigos reiatsu wave... thing... o.o)
Bankai Form: The true form of the lightning god awakens... the same thing as the shikai but both blades are pure black... the blade part, not the hilt. The hilt is the same and the chain is now black.
Bankai Ability: Once the bankai ability starts, black lightning swirls around the blade. When he slashes it seems as if the black lightning is hanging onto the blade. Instead of sending it out, it stays on adding more power. Also black lightning is circling Thomas at all times acting like a black lightning barrier. Which isn't true. A more powerful black lightning that is combined with reiatsu giving it a greater speed is continously circling around him. It's just that if someone trys to attack from behind, he can move the black lightning to where the blade is coming. Also, instead of keeping the lightning on his blade, he can thrust out a powerful black lightning wave normally too. It may be bad in some cases but he can control the stronger black lightning that was circling around him and send it out at his enemies. The thing is, if something blocks the lightning, it won't automatically be destroyed, It may scatter off but it has some kind of rapid regeneration that can make it reform easily. The black lightning can also spread out (thus slightly weakening it) and covering all of Thomas acting as a shield. Yet the stronger black lightning can't hold off everything. Another bankai could brake it sending it scattering everywhere. Yet it can reform quickly and come back to Thomas. (also, the paralyzement effect stands with the bankai and every other technique since it's lightning. If the opponent is hit somewhere besides their zanpacktou like their foot, that foot is paralyzed for their next post.)

Shinjou Difensu (Body Defense): Suddenly his whole body is covered in lightning acting as a shield. The lightning can't effect him but it will defend him from the outside world. (Since it's lightning, the paralyzing effect still goes on, if the opponent hit's it with their arm, it gets paralyzed for their next post) depending on how strong the attack decides if the lightning shield can defend it.

Denkou Kyuuin (Lightning Absorption): His sword is suddenly is covered in lightning, when an attack that has an effect to it hit's his sword during this technique, his sword absorbs it, mixes it with the lightning, and shoots it back out. For example, if someone fires even a water blast, it will be absorb and the lightning will mix together making the same water attack come back along with the water being covered in lightning. (the paralyzing effect still goes on, if the opponent hit's the lightning part with their arm, it gets paralyzed for their next post)

Bankai Technique:
Musubi Shougeki (Ending Shock): Gathering all the power of his bankai and also the special black lightning, he makes a powerful ending strike. This attack cannot be beaten by a shikai, this attack can only be defended if the opponent gathers their own bankai and makes 1 powerful attack. If this isn't approved, then that's kinda stupid >>, a powerful bankai being gathered into 1 whole attack is extremely strong (like byakuya with his fight with ichigo).
Description of what it looks like: His whole body has hundreds of streams of lightning circling him. Both of his swords are covered in lightning and reiatsu is circling around Thomas.
Cooldown: 10 posts <-- probably not needed since there is a limit O.o
